Unleashed LGBTQ, LLC is creating an environment for attendees to share ideas in a safe space. We are accomplishing this through events, unique experiences, and valuable networking opportunities.

Unleashed LGBTQ 2023 has zero toleance for behavior that can be deemed disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or illegal.

Inappropriate behavior or conduct undermining the purpose of Unleashed LGBTQ and it’s goals in the form of verbal, written ,or physical abuse or threats, the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions, any form of harassment, racism, sexism, or any other targeted comments which may violate any local, state or federal laws or cause harm to another Unleashed LGBTQ attendee or staff member before, during or after the Unleashed LGBTQ events, whether in-person in Dallas, Texas or via the Unleashed LGBTQ Event App, social media channels are strictly prohibited and will be deemed as grounds for removal from event spaces without refund.

Unleashed LGBTQ, LLC reserves the right to take immediate action at its own discretion in addressing any attendee or its partners failing to meet standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including, without limitation, revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund.

During Unleashed LGBTQ in-person events, attendees are expected to follow public health guidelines related to safety, hygiene and CDC identified pandemic level communicable illnesses (including COVID-19), including, without limitation, social distancing, hand washing, staying home if you are sick, and other disease prevention measures.

Attendees at Unleashed LGBTQ events are encouraged to express their individuality through fashions. Unleashed LGBTQ will not enforce business style attire dress codes for conference; however attendees are to understand this is an environment for LGBTQ+ professionals. While attendees are also encouraged to dress comfortably for 3-day events, Unleashed LGBTQ prohibits the wearing of only underwear, only swimsuits, only jockstraps, apparel with offensive language, revealing tops and so forth. 

If you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, Unleashed LGBTQ and its staff and/or security will work to assess the situation and respond as needed as soon as possible. Notifying Unleashed LGBTQ about violations or illegal activity does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.

All suspected violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, the Dallas Police Department is available at 3-1-1 or (214) 671-3001.
